1. Should I store mayonnaise at normal temperature or in the fridge? (before and after lit opened)

Answer:

- Please keep mayonnaise at room temperature, stay out of direct sunlight, keep it in cool place.

- After usage, please keep in the fridge and use within a month

- If mayonnaise stored under 0 degree Celsius, oil are separated. In order to avoid cool air in the fridge, it’s recommended to store at the tray of fridge’s door.

2. How to differentiate mayonnaise type?

Answer:

-There are 2 key mayonnaise types. They’re ‘Japanese Style’ in red package and ‘Sweet Taste’ in blue package.

- Once package opened, mayonnaise types are differentiated by color and round sticker with product name written on bottle’s body.

3. Why Mayonnaise Japanese style has rich yellow color? Is it because of old product?

Answer:

- Kewpie mayonnaise specially used egg yolk only, white yolk is not used. That’s why it has richer color than other mayonnaise.

- Mayonnaise Japanese Style has richer yellow color than others because it contains more egg yolk to bring more nutrition and special taste.

4. What’s dressing?

Answer:

Dressing is the English name for sauce made from oil, vinegar and is used together with mixed vegetables (salad)

Dressing is a term used locally to describe overseas sauces

5. What is Canxi egg shell?

Answer:

It is sauce made from egg shells to provide more Calcium into daily meal.

The egg shell material produced follow a strict criteria of Kewpie group. It is directly imported from Japan to Vietnam.

Canxi sauce is odorless with no taste, white solid color and most convenient to use directly together with rice.

6. Is Canxi sauce recommended for children?

Answer:

This product contains ethanol for food so that no direct use for children but should be cooked with rice and used canxi rice to cook porridge.
